Doug Craft: Board Member & Advisor

Doug Craft is a founder shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Petriss.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Atlanta-based Medicraft, Inc., one of the largest independent distributors for Medtronic plc, the world leader in medical technology, therapies, services and solutions.

Craft is a longtime healthcare industry executive with a career spanning more than three decades. He has sold spinal implants and other crucial surgical components, and he has extensive relationships with health care systems, surgeons and other senior health care professionals across the nation.

A serial entrepreneur and investor in the healthcare technology industry, Craft’s business has expanded over the years to include evaluating, consulting and developing businesses in the medical field such as neuro-intraoperative monitoring, biologic agents, orthopedic reconstruction implants, surgical navigation systems and spinal implant device design.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering at Mississippi State University, and has lived in Atlanta since 1984 with his wife Trisha, with whom he has three children and one grandchild.
